Our Honey has been produced and packaged under strict international Organic Regulations, and is certified by OCPP/Pro-Cert Canada Inc. according to the National Organic Standard of Canada.

 

Raw Honey Our Raw Honey is unheated, unpasteurized and unprocessed pure Canadian honey, which maintains its most original form. With all of its natural goodness and beneficial enzymes, it’s like eating honey straight from the hive.

 

Summer Blossom Honey Has a fresh fruity aroma as it is collected from the nectar of the blooming orchid fruit trees and blossoming flowers in late spring to early summer.

 

Wild Blossom Honey Its beautiful amber colour, rich taste and well-balanced character is derived from the nectar of flourishing wild flowers found at the foot of the Canadian Rockies.

Place the jar without the lid in a pot of warm water; let sit for a few minutes and then stir until the crystals dissolve.

 

Why an Expiration Date?

Honey jars purchased directly from a beekeeper normally do not have any expiration stamps. However, for food products sold in the supermarket, including honey, expiration or best before dates and/or Lot Codes are a commercial requirement.
